Scope of Works
Full Rewire
A complete rewire was undertaken covering all electrical systems, including smoke alarms, lighting, sockets, and water heaters. All wiring was installed to current electrical standards, ensuring long-term safety and compliance.
Lighting Installation
The lighting system was fully upgraded with new general and feature lighting to enhance both usability and aesthetics. Emergency lighting was also installed to provide safe illumination and evacuation guidance in the event of a power failure.
Media Walls
New media walls were installed, complete with integrated televisions to provide a modern and engaging environment within the toilet facilities.
Audio System
Speakers were installed throughout the toilet block to provide ambient background sound, enhancing the user experience.
New Equipment
The installation included new hand dryers, as well as electronic flush systems for both urinals and toilets, offering improved hygiene and efficiency through touch-free operation.
