Scope of Works
Full Rewire
A complete rewire was undertaken across the office block, covering lighting, power, and data containment. All work was completed to current electrical standards, ensuring long-term safety and compliance.
Lighting Installation
General and feature lighting was installed throughout to support a comfortable, productive working environment. Emergency lighting was also fitted to provide safe evacuation routes in the event of a power failure.
Power and Data Containment
New power circuits and containment systems were installed to support office equipment and workstations, providing a clean and organised infrastructure throughout the building.
Fire and Safety Systems
Smoke alarms and associated life-safety systems were installed and integrated across the building to meet commercial compliance requirements.
