Scope of Works
Full Rewire
A complete rewire was carried out across the site, covering lighting, power, and heating circuits. All work was completed to current electrical standards, ensuring long-term safety, compliance, and reliability.
Lighting Installation
New general and feature lighting was installed to highlight the building’s character while improving everyday usability. Emergency lighting was also fitted to ensure safe evacuation routes in the event of a power failure.
Power and Containment

Heating Systems
