Scope of Works
Full Rewire
A complete rewire was undertaken across guest and communal areas, covering lighting, power, and life-safety systems. All work was carried out to current electrical standards, ensuring long-term safety and compliance.
Lighting Installation
General and feature lighting was installed throughout to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests. Emergency lighting was also fitted to provide safe evacuation routes in the event of a power failure.
Fire and Safety Systems
Smoke alarms and associated life-safety systems were installed and integrated across the building, ensuring guest and staff safety in line with hotel compliance requirements.
Power and Containment
New power circuits and containment were installed to support the hotel’s operational needs, from guest rooms to communal and back-of-house areas.
