Kells Infant School – Electrical Refurbishment
DRW Electrical Group delivered the electrical works as part of the refurbishment and remodelling of Kells Infant School, Whitehaven. The project was successfully completed over a six-week programme during the summer holidays, ensuring the school was ready for pupils and staff returning for the new term.
Our works included upgrades and alterations to the school’s electrical infrastructure, including LED lighting, emergency lighting, power, containment, distribution and associated electrical services, to accommodate the newly refurbished teaching and learning spaces.
DRW also completed the associated earthing, fire stopping, mechanical and electrical interfaces, identification, testing and commissioning requirements.
Working to a tight summer programme, our team coordinated closely with the main contractor and other trades to deliver a high-quality, compliant electrical installation within the six-week deadline, ready for the start of the new school term.
